Study Technical Specifications and project documents to determine which kind of solution to provide and which kind of study should be conducted (Normal, Selectivity, etc…)Prepare compliance sheet, and cost sheet for projectsData entry of the project on the respective software/databaseResponsible of the quality of data entered on company databases regarding each project handled Assist the customer in proper product selection for the application/solutionReview tenders to determine tender requirements and specificationsCoordinate and implement studies for several projectsEnsure proper material delivery as scheduled to avoid any delay penalties Communicate with the Company procurement to finalize transactionsManage the budgets for studies for engineeringParticipate in compiling technical specifications for bidsWrite reports and present progress at project meetings and to clientsAttend various meetings and action/communicate instructionsQuality control of work by appropriate reviewsCoordinating with the Design team to finalize the Shop Drawings.Receive technical and commercial bids and requisitions from the customerPerform clarifications with the customer and Company technical teamCoordinate with the Company financial department to proceed with, Offering, Tendering and Ordering in regarding LG, LC, Insurance, etc.Prepare Techno Commercial offer to the end customerFollow the offer submitted and negotiate prices to get the orderFollow-up with the customer to get the Purchase Order, then issue the internal Sales Order and acquiring all required documents from the customerWill be responsible of conducting business meetings either internally or externally in order to generate and maintain new business.Approaching new customers and formulate a customer list with their current statusFollowing up with current and potential customers in order to increase the customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.Represent the company in a professional and presentable mannerAcquiring the Business Controller approval of the production initiation after customer financial compliance of payments or other contractual agreementsPlacing the production order and Follow-up with the factory production for project completion and deliveryUndertake special projects as required
