• Drive and maintain HSE as first priority through compliance to PDO house rules, HSE golden rules and Life Saving Rules (LSR).
• Proactively drive project strategic communication including internal PDO teams, existing contractors, PACs operators, IFM and PDC leadership.
• Implement project Communications Strategy and review annually.
• Develop a detailed annual Project Communication Plan with KPIs (covering internal and external activities), review regularly & execute.
• Manage communication campaigns and activities.
• Ensure Project communication channels are fit for purpose including regular reviews.
• Devise and manage internal and external communications programme to maintain project at the forefront of PDO site staff and contractors community.
• In cooperation with the Media Relations and Channels & Social Media Advisors, ensure all appropriate channels of communication are utilized to effectively communicate Project achievements.
• Provide the Senior Editor with key Project messages for MD’s monthly message, Al Fahal articles as required, etc. in coordination with the UIA/UIAD.
• Provide content for webpage
• Submit UIA communication budget requirements to Project Manager & Development Manager and for approval.
• Ensure high level project PowerPoint overview presentation is regularly updated, and slides can be inserted into Corporate presentation
•  Provide the required content for Project Awards both locally and regionally.
• Coach non-communications staff in communication skills needed to effectively communicate Strategy like change agents. Plan and coordinate the change agents session and presentation materials.
• Reassess, maintain and ensure proactive management of the project Stakeholder Management plan, in liaison with the project leadership team.
