•  Liaise with vendors for quotes and order placement
• Ensure the orders are effected as per order summary
• Lead in negotiation and get the best value deal for the division
• Ensure regular flow or communication with vendors for market prices
• Understand dynamics of price movement and place orders accordingly
• Ensure compliance of delivery schedule with vendors.
• Explore & develop new suppliers for the division
• Maintain clear and clean records of communication, bookings and orders.
• Maintain close coordination with existing team for operational support
• Maintain a close watch on quality control and report management for discrepancies.
