  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; recognition, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Initiate the recruitment process and ensure the cycle is applied in line with the recruitment policy and manpower plan.
  • Update HRIS system with employee records of new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Perform payroll processing including benefit, deductions audits and employee resignations/terminations EOS.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms and review sessions.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and perform job evaluations and analyses.
  • Conduct and analyze compensation surveys and bench marketing exercise.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Prepare MIS reports such as costing, turnover and HR budget reports.
  • Administer health and life insurance programs.
  • Responsible for employee and labor relations service and all related tasks such as maintain records for new residency, track renewal, and transfers.
  • Maintain and organize the company contracts and license.
  • Manage the PRO/Messengers in the performance of their daily duties.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
