• Monitor collection development and adherence of new collection being created with defined collection grids (# SKUs, prices, …).


• Define wholesale and retail pricing, based on full product costing and considering finance constraints on minimum gross margin.


• Define assortment grids for retail DOS by store format by category.


• Define must-buy for retail stores.


• Define "packages" to suggest to wholesale accounts.


• Continuously monitor the performance of store assortments by format for all lines and recommendations of adjustments in-season.
