• Chick for the adherence of all CIVAS staff to the aseptic techniques and standardOperating procedures  • Plan for the CIVAS unit schedule according to the workload, expected flow of shifts to maintain all services provided to the same care level.• Supervise and conduct the post training and annually media transfer test for all CIVASStaff• Supervise the posting and checking of deliveries from the pharmacy store and otherStores for safekeeping and proper storage.• Lassie & communicate with the other departments and section heads for any issue related to the unit.• Responsible for checking all quality issues in the internal pharmacy and the hospital especially when related to medications.• Attend meetings/seminar-workshops/consultative meetings related to drugs and sterileCompounding practices• Recommend CIVAS development or improvements to the hospital director or to theChief pharmacy officer
