Review application documents Liaise with agents and clients Record applicant findings Other processing tasks that may arise Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures Assist customers where possible Deal directly with customers either face to face, electronically or by telephone Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Comply with set standards of customer service (e.g. quality of speech, handling queues, emails, etc.) and interact with the applicants in order to ensure customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.
