1. Build Company training system.



2. Analyse training needs to develop training programs or modify and improve existing programs.



3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development sessions for managerial staff.


 


5. Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, and workshops.



6. Conduct training sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires and existing employees to be effectively carried out by store trainers.



7. Train all managerial staff level in techniques and skills to develop their performance.



8. Develop and organize training programs and manuals.



9. Develop testing and evaluation procedures.



10. Develop performance appraisal forms based on work development and tasks’ modifications.



11. Design Training Programs targeted at staff and managerial levels.



12. Prepare course materials such as syllabus, homework assignments, hand-outs, on the job training materials and exams.



13. Supervise performance of the training process inside stores and provide feedback.



14. Maintain trainees attendance records, grades, and other required records.



15. Schedule the training sessions.



16. Conduct and follow up training audit results inside the stores and provide developmental opportunities.



17. Evaluate subordinates’ performance and provide developmental opportunities.
