Expected responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and prioritize day to day activities.

• Run and publish the daily required reports to help managing the daily progress.

• Implement the operational processes in guidelines of quality assurance procedures.

• Receive, verify and process the incoming requests from the deferent channels within the SLA.
• 
  
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods, tools and systems.
• 
  
• Advise all Ops customers with their needs and inquires, ensuring their questions are answered probably.
