Job Scope:The Performance Marketing position will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, and supervising the most efficient media plans on the go with ongoing optimization to ensure securing the maximum results per campaign’s objective or target. This position would help Johnson Controls optimize its spending from end to end with maximum value for moneyJob Description:Set the strategy and plans to transfer the online media buying from outsourced to in-house with savings and / or advantages criteria Work closely with Marketing functions, as a single point of contact, to design and execute campaigns’ media plans for Online and Offline mediumsDevelop the right tracking tools to ensure campaigns’ performance timely optimization and recording history of practicesMonitor and continuously review the ROI of B2B and B2C sales and marketing campaigns aiming to reduce the CPL, CPC, CPE, and report with success factors Review ASJC media plans done through third parties, audit their performance and generate insightful reports with recommendations and follow up actionsHandle the execution of the day to day task through Google Ads, SM platforms and other tools Build a yearlong lead generation and e-commerce channel spending plan to ensure healthy non-stoppable traffic, conversion and leads submissions  Discover and introduce new mediums, innovative media tools that serves plans’ objective and increase addressable market Set measures and KPIs for each campaign in alignment with requesting business and marketing functionDevelop a media plan process to ensure full alignment and smooth operations meeting each campaign deadlines and goalsStrive to Automate reporting and its accessibility by management, marketing function and requesting LOBManage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance marketing report to management, marketing functions and requesting LOBSet, monitor, and control budget allocations per campaign, per LOB and ensure increasing added value per monetary cost and pay for what we getSupport in developing the budgeting of marketing activity calendar / media plan per LOB Review and analyze previous campaign performance and conduct all necessary methods to enhance the outcome of ASJC spending
