SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (FMCG) / (مدير عمليات / مدير عام)

JOB PURPOSE: Supply Chain Manager are responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams. 
• Undertake major contract negotiations within the approved pricing policy and establish service programs to match the company's requirements.
• Contribute to the development of established supply policy and procedures.
• Determine key supply chain KPIs.
• Prepare reports and communicate inventory measurements to management.
• Develop and monitor distribution requirements plans, initiate priorities based on customer needs and production availability.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and customer service to identify proactive inventory adjustments in support of both sales and operational targets.
• Maintain documentation and operating procedures for demand/supply planning process and related systems.
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Manage, Evaluate and Train the team members.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain management for trading / agriculture business/ FMCG service for vegetables, crops & meat.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Agricultural economics, Agricultural engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain management.

SALARY PACKAGE:

Monthly Salary range shall be USD 10,000 -15,000 and other benefits as per company policy.
