Job Summary: Lab technician will be involved in sampling, inspection, analysis of raw material, packaging material, FG & in process sample, standardization of solution, equipment Calibration etc.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Responsible for test sampling of Noodles to ensure that they meet all requirements.
• Conduct complete analysis of incoming samples and maintain all required records of components and products in case of problems encountered
• To effectively and efficiently manage the on-line quality control inspections by ensuring that physical, chemical test are conducted consistently and accurately according to the sampling and testing regime
• Implement all required analysis of finished product samples and ensure the right testing protocols in accordance with Testing Methodologies and standards
• Make the required analysis of bulk (bins, barrels), Raw Material, and Packaging Material and implementing the right testing protocols in according the Testing Methodologies and standards
• Apply the anlaysis and verification program of all the lab instruments like GC, GSMS as per all required documentation and specs
• Undertake daily responsibility of Quality daily report briefing in accordance with the required data.
