The Finance Manager plans, coordinates and ensures the financial strategy within the territory. Monitors the local financial environment for the facility located within his assigned territory, making decisions concerning investments, revenues, loans and other financial aspects that have a direct influence over company.

• Plan, assign, direct and follow up on the budget assigned and develop the financial strategies
• Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
• Oversee the issuance of financial information
• Ensure that company complies with all legal and regulatory requirement and ensures company profitability 
• Coordinate and supervise finance department’s collaborators
• Authorize budget and collaborators’ payrolls
• Maintain banking relationships and Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
• Monitor, attend any financial related situations or issues located inside the state territory
• Perform regular reports concerning financial status of the State, project implementation and performance regarding the Finance department
